Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s je povinen d\u016fsledn\u011b a n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b dodr\u017eovat Etick\u00fd kodex a dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 pravidla WGA a podporovat v tom i ostatn\u00ed. Pokud se dozv\u00edme o poru\u0161en\u00ed Etick\u00e9ho kodexu nebo budeme m\u00edt takov\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed, pro\u0161et\u0159\u00edme situaci a podnikneme p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 kroky k n\u00e1prav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Chceme jednat profesion\u00e1ln\u011b. Postupujeme v\u017edy tak, abychom zachovali dobr\u00e9 jm\u00e9no WGA i ostatn\u00edch spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch subjekt\u016f. Respektujeme jin\u00fd n\u00e1zor, chov\u00e1me se zodpov\u011bdn\u011b, jsme vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00ed ke spolupr\u00e1ci k\u00a0dosa\u017een\u00ed vyt\u010den\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. V\u017edy bereme v \u00favahu etick\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i v\u0161ech kroc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 podstupujeme.<\/p>\n<p>Chceme-li b\u00fdt i nad\u00e1le \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, mus\u00edme se neust\u00e1le rozv\u00edjet a zdokonalovat jako jednotlivci i jako cel\u00e1 organizace. P\u0159i sv\u00e9 \u010dinnosti se v\u017edy \u0159\u00edd\u00edme profesn\u00edmi standardy, z\u00e1kony a dal\u0161\u00edmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi normami jako\u017e i vnit\u0159n\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy WGA. Tato pravidla ale nemohou postihnout ve\u0161ker\u00e9 situace, je\u017e mohou p\u0159i na\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti nastat. Proto jsme vytvo\u0159ili Etick\u00fd kodex, kter\u00fd plat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny spolupracovn\u00edky a dal\u0161\u00ed spolupracuj\u00edc\u00ed subjekty.<\/p>\n<p>Kodex vych\u00e1z\u00ed z na\u0161ich hodnot, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m je realizovat v ka\u017edodenn\u00ed praxi a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k napln\u011bn\u00ed 5 princip\u016f WGA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Zachovat dobr\u00e9 jm\u00e9no WGA<br \/>\n<\/strong>Je na\u0161\u00ed povinnost\u00ed jednat v\u017edy tak, abychom zachovali a podpo\u0159ili dobr\u00e9 jm\u00e9no WGA. Vystupuje-li kdokoli z n\u00e1s v situaci, v n\u00ed\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u016fvodn\u011b pokl\u00e1d\u00e1n za z\u00e1stupce WGA, m\u011bl by vyjad\u0159ovat jen stanoviska WGA a nikoli sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed postoje. Ve\u0161ker\u00fd majetek WGA, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o hmotn\u00e9, du\u0161evn\u00ed \u010di elektronick\u00e9 vlastnictv\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me zodpov\u011bdn\u011b, v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti a v\u017edy p\u0159itom dodr\u017eujeme z\u00e1kony a opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd \u00fa\u010del vyu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a02. <\/strong><strong>Jednat profesion\u00e1ln\u011b<br \/>\n<\/strong>Svou \u010dinnost prov\u00e1d\u00edme v souladu s pravidly WGA a s p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi odborn\u00fdmi a profesn\u00edmi standardy. Ve sv\u00e9 my\u0161lence chceme b\u00fdt \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, ale nikdy ne na \u00fakor platn\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f a etick\u00fdch z\u00e1sad. Pln\u00edme sv\u00e9 smluvn\u00ed povinnosti, informujeme sv\u00e9 partnery pravdiv\u011b. Respektujeme d\u016fv\u011brnost informac\u00ed. Vyvarujeme se st\u0159etu z\u00e1jm\u016f. Pokud zjist\u00edme, \u017ee by mohl nastat, a zn\u00e1me opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by mohla dostate\u010dn\u011b ochr\u00e1nit z\u00e1jmy zainteresovan\u00fdch stran, pak tato opat\u0159en\u00ed provedeme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Chr\u00e1n\u00edme svou nez\u00e1vislost<br \/>\n<\/strong>Dodr\u017eujeme pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy a profesn\u00ed standardy, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zachovat si nezbytnou m\u00edru objektivity, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me a posilujeme d\u016fv\u011bru v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenku. Sna\u017e\u00edme se zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby na\u0161e nez\u00e1vislost byla ohro\u017eena \u010di aby vznikl dojem, \u017ee je ohro\u017eena. V\u011bnujeme pozornost v\u0161em okolnostem, kter\u00e9 by mohly sn\u00ed\u017eit na\u0161i objektivitu. Pokud se dostaneme do slo\u017eit\u00e9 situace \u010di do situace, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit WGA obt\u00ed\u017ee, porad\u00edme se o vhodn\u00e9m postupu. P\u0159i t\u011bchto konzultac\u00edch dodr\u017eujeme p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 a administrativn\u00ed postupy. Je pro n\u00e1s nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9, abychom postupovali jak\u00fdmkoliv korup\u010dn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Vz\u00e1jemn\u00fd respekt<br \/>\n<\/strong>Se v\u0161emi jedn\u00e1me s respektem, d\u016fstojn\u011b, \u010destn\u011b a zdvo\u0159ile. Cen\u00edme si r\u016fznorodosti sv\u00fdch spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f a pova\u017eujeme ji za konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu, kterou je nutno podporovat a roz\u0161i\u0159ovat. Z\u00e1sadn\u011b se vyvarujeme jak\u00e9koli diskriminace, odplaty a obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Neust\u00e1le usilujeme o zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Spole\u010densk\u00e1 zodpov\u011bdnost<br \/>\n<\/strong>Podporujeme ochranu z\u00e1kladn\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a nepod\u00edl\u00edme se na \u010dinnostech, kter\u00e9 tato pr\u00e1va poru\u0161uj\u00ed. V zem\u00edch, v nich\u017e realizujeme \u010dinnost, respektujeme m\u00edstn\u00ed z\u00e1kony, zvyky a tradice. Podporujeme charitativn\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed aktivity a ve\u0159ejn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161nou \u010dinnost. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1me bojovat proti korupci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desatero etick\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek k\u00a0zamy\u0161len\u00ed<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Je m\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed a v souladu s my\u0161lenkou WGA?<br \/>\n2. Je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9?<br \/>\n3. Je v souladu se z\u00e1kony?<br \/>\n4. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed d\u016fsledky pro mne nebo pro WGA?<br \/>\n5. Koho se m\u016f\u017ee m\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed dotknout?<br \/>\n6. Styd\u011bl bych se, kdyby se o m\u00e9m jedn\u00e1n\u00ed dozv\u011bd\u011bli ostatn\u00ed?<br \/>\n7. Mohu naj\u00edt \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by nebylo eticky sporn\u00e9?<br \/>\n8. Jak bych se c\u00edtil, kdyby se o m\u00e9m jedn\u00e1n\u00ed psalo v tisku?<br \/>\n9.
